Love the customer service in this branch at the counter. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kiru to get a credit card. She is absolutely amazing. She walked me through the whole process, explained the various cards slowly and didn't run through it assuming I knew everything. She was so polite and courteous. Based on her expertise and professionalism, I am considering doing more business wIth TD Bank. It's really hard to find good assistance these days. Kiru keep up the amazing work.
I have been going to this branch for 3 months now and it makes me wonder what happened to basic customer service. I never get frustrated I try to understand if someone is having a bad day so the last few visits were the same and I finally said something. First no hello how can I help you. I often visit this TD branch and always have a great experience. Muntaha Farzeen offers very good customer service and helps me with all my banking needs. Highly recommend this location.
I wish I had read some of the reviews here before I decided to make an appointment to open a small business banking account. They canceled an appointment I had made a week in advance the day before with no explanation. Don't waste your time with this branch.
