ATMs are not available outside branch hours now... terrible
I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how shockingly poor their service has been. I opened my newly‑PR parents’ account on January 26, selected paper statements, and as of March 13 we still haven’t received a single one. We’ve gone to the branch five or six times, and every visit ends with, “We don’t know why.” When I ask for a statement, they say they’ll submit a request. Poor customer service and very rude staff. I called in about a very important matter and they said they would call back but never did. When I called back after a week, the manager just said they didn’t know who I talked to and pretty much this is the update in your matter. No apologies nothing, I definitely would avoid banking at this branch. Parking is horrible as well and random people take their lunch breaks in the atm area and the staff doesn’t do nothing about it.
This is not a Knock on this branch. But, why would you restrict me from accessing my own money by closing the doors and locking up your atms. What’s the point of your atms if they’re locked past your operation hours? TD why are you closing on Sundays? Working people only have weekends to run their errands.
