My first time to visit this branch..I’d like to say thanks to Harshul for assisting me in my transaction.. he is knowledgeable, professional … nice tone of voice and with a smile .. TD is my bank because of employees like you!!!!
Wow. I had to take the ratings seriously. The Rana Ryes one who is a Manager costumer service looked down on me while I was explaining their app issues and the online banking and call from the app is not working through the app because it does need an area code. She started saying where are they? It works everywhere, Ive been to Lebonan and it worked. Well Rana, congrats for being Lebanese, please help people instead of bullying them. Don’t go to this branch they’re obviously being rude to you because of your ethnicity.

One of the worst bank branches I've visited. They jump to conclusions before trying to understand what I'm saying. The call center says visit a branch, the branch says we can't help you- call the call center. Also was somehow scammed by a member of this very branch a few months ago. Overall terrible experience with TD- both at branch and corporate
