Currently waiting 25 + minutes in line with at least 10 other people behind me. There are 3 reps at the counter but one made a mistake with a cheque deposit so she’s unable to help and the other two are excruciatingly slow. Better training needed so they can learn how to prioritize work better. I’d recommend driving to another branch to do your business with TD.
Went in for some banking needs and had Wendy Liu.. she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. One of the best Bank employees I've ever had.
I certified a cheque I was given by my lawyer at this branch. They verified the funds by calling my lawyer & also her TD bank account. I asked them to respond to my bank's telephone call before I deposit the certified cheque, for its validity, they refused. I asked if I open an account in that same branch, whether they would hold their own certified cheque, & they said Yes & it would be an 8 days hold.
