I typically go to this location since it’s on my way to and from Coquitlam Centre. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with their services. I’ve had to return multiple times (over the course of 10 months) to change my legal name with them because each of the TD tellers did it incorrectly or did not provide me with all the information to get it done right the first time. My appointment about my credit card was with Wendy. She was very fast and convenient, answered all my questions and explained everything to me. We did everything what I needed in just one appointment and she was very helpful and kind. Thank you for your service, Wendy!

Very upset with the service provided. They denied all the advices given by the TD website and TD customer phone agent. I left the branch and now I understand the meaning of DNCMEA (Do Not Call Me Ever Again) Very sad and frustrating experience!

Wait time on a Wednesday afternoon at 3pm was 30+minutes. 2 tellers and one manager and each took average 12 minutes per customer. After waiting that long, they told me my son's account had been closed and he could not deposit money without opening another account and that we would have to come back or make an appointment. No thanks! Won't return to this location. Customers even walked out...
