Terrible Customer Service: My daughter was there last week at 4:50 and wanted to open a bank account , she was told that “I’m leaving at 5:00” and the person wouldn’t stay an extra few minutes to open an account. Where I work we always stay a little extra to help our customer.

Attention to branch management... Dear sir/madam My wife and I came to your branch today from Devonshire mall TD bank branch... unfortunately there was a teller who treated us in very bad manner...
