I had a great experience at TD Bank thanks to Shamir. He was very helpful, nice, and friendly throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything easy to understand. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend him to others.
You may have amazing in branch service. but your customers are kept out in the cold after your banking hours and on weekends and have to do their banking in the outdoor drive thru in down to -30c temperatures. While your other Hazeldean Branch and Eagleson Rd Branch have their doors open to customers. When I visited this branch early this week to get my business account set up, they were very friendly and helped me to set it up right away. Very efficient. The branch manager Christine was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get all my business banking done with one visit. As a long term TD client for over 20 years, I am very happy with their service, better than other banks that they don't even care for their clients. After trying different banks, I continue to bank with TD. Keep up the great work!
went in on a Thursday at 2:00pm. was closed. supposed to be open until 8:00pm on Thursdays. One teller just standing there at the till with a blank stare avoiding looking in my direction. was really weird. come to think of it, it isn't the first time I have gone in before 6pm to see security gates, just first time ive seen someone standing around inside.
