I’ve had many poor experiences. But the latest was the bank refusing to deposit a cheque that had a tiny tear in one corner. App wouldn’t accept it. The MICR digits were all there. No info was missing. Teller just said no. I asked if he was sure he couldn’t deposit? He said he’s not typing in any numbers. Verbatim. I went to centrum and they deposited it instantly. I was there to change the pin of the card. I was told to visit the stittsvile main branch as the supervisor is not present while the branch manager was present there. When i asked why i have to go to another branch when manager is right here. I was told that there it will take few minutes and here i have to do a lot of things from the start.
