The supervisor she is really rude I am trying to explain what I need and she just started yelling if they can’t work on brunch they do have first they have to learn how to talk with customers I recommend to not go to this brunch because they don’t know nothing and they are stared acting like a professional person. Just because of this experience I want to cancel my TD card .
I asked for a tax slip for my account from the teller and manager who was there. They said they could not do it and none of the investment agents there had time to do it either. It is a 30 second task and the branch was empty... So I went to the centrum branch and the teller was able to do it right away without an investment agent.
worst service I received at any bank in my life... the male teller in charge refused to help me. Even with the telephone agent telling them they can activate my online service. First, he told me to get a second I'd .. I went home and got it He did not even look at it. And kept asking me why I opened an account online instead of coming to the branch in the first place. I went to the Terry Fox location and it took them 5 minutes to do what I needed.
Extremely rude manager of tellers. Very unpleasant experience. A course on kindness and respect should be given when dealing with clients who have high priority situations. Very relieved I am not a client of TD, and had I been considering switching over from my bank, this would have secured my decision to remain put.
Absolutely poor service, Di Wang not fully trained, gives false promises and false timelines and keep extending it. No one understands the importance of time, would not recommend anyone going here if ever going to TD
