Very disappointed with the staff in this branch! I left my umbrella in this office and told a female staff to keep it temporarily. I’ve been extremely busy these days and haven’t found a time to go there. Few days later I got call from the female staff, hearing she will throw my umbrella if I don’t go to pick it up by this week??? What the hell she is doing???It’s a “lift a finger” thing but this stupid person is making it a big deal??? Very self-fish and mindless behavior and awful service attitude! I feel sorry for TD!
Just terrible. I have wasted ten minutes trying to get through to my local TD bank…..and had to listen to a long winded …whatever….from, I guess head office. When I finally got through to the local, I was put on hold……after a couple of minutes the line went dead. Forget it. This is terrible service. Couldn’t someone at the banks number just answer the damn phone! I’m off to BMO! .
5 stars for Jakob Severson. He’s very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He makes any banking process/procedure go smoothly and efficiently
