Horrible branch and service, went into exchange CAD to YEN. Asked repeatedly before completing the transaction that I would leave with the YEN that day. Clerk continuously answered with the same words "You can either order it online or at the branch" Upon purchasing the YEN she informed me that I would be contacted in around 3 days when the order arrives. The ATM is not accessible after-hours, on holidays or weekends which is very inconvenient.
Old Chinese Woman worked Tuesday 17 th February misbehaves badly , insults with too much courage she starts as l finished my work time don’t come to me stupied customer seeing her other staff gets courage and insults customers just like her . This lady was insulting one by one woman very badly then One man sitting backside at the manager chair insulted one woman so badly that really broke my heart .
