Old Chinese Woman worked Tuesday 17 th February misbehaves badly , insults with too much courage she starts as l finished my work time don’t come to me stupied customer seeing her other staff gets courage and insults customers just like her . This lady was insulting one by one woman very badly then One man sitting backside at the manager chair insulted one woman so badly that really broke my heart . ATM is only open during banking hours despite having its own vestibule separate from the bank - so what’s the point? Very frustrating. And, during my last in-branch visit, it took three employees to provide me with a basic replacement bank card.

Great service at this branch in the Beaches.
I don’t like that your ATMs close at the same time as branch. I understand that maybe there security issues but maybe you can keep them open to 10pm and sundays, have security if required or move the ATM to street access. Also note this branch does not have safety deposit boxes.
