The people and acting manager of this branch should be ashamed of themselves. I am a senior woman who's been a customer here for over 10 years. I recently lost my wallet which had my debit card among other cards including my ID. I went into the branch to get a new debit card but was refused because I didn't have any ID! They know me here, I have been in multiple times. Now I'm at a disadvantage and can't withdraw or deposit funds.

Staff are not knowledgeable with the system and how to process requests. Had 3 associates put their heads together and get it done over 10min. Go to other branches with your banking needs.
