I don’t like that your ATMs close at the same time as branch. I understand that maybe there security issues but maybe you can keep them open to 10pm and sundays, have security if required or move the ATM to street access. Also note this branch does not have safety deposit boxes.
Nice enough bank, but no ATM access is incredibly inconvenient. I'm sure they will thank me for sharing my review. I know they understand how this situation may be a cause for frustration. They've probably thought about sharing my feedback with the appropriate teams. Having said that, I have zero need to discuss this privately. I just want an ATM in the neighbourhood that is open after 6 and on weekends.
Garbage Branch. Always closed. ATM never open. Get a grip.
