I had to go in to get a new card & deposit a cheque , walked in and was showered with compliments by Kim , she was so kind and sweet to other customers also , my teller Sarika was kind , patient thorough and went above and beyond ,the reviews honestly almost made me go to a different branch but glad I didn't , word of advice to ppl who want to complain in reviews , the tellers and people working at the bank have no control over the things you are complaining about , get some empathy and live your life. again shoutout to Kim ... read more
I have never been treated so very rudely In any professional setting let alone at a TD bank where I have otherwise only received the best of service at other branches. I went in today to get a US credit card as am traveling soon. It was 3pm and they close at 4x LThe lovely girl at the service desk was unable to help me. I politely asked to speak to a manager as maybe something could be done. He stomped over pretty aggressively and said “I cannot not help you and you can do it online or call Visa.
