I have been in this bank branch before and it was providing a good service. Two weeks ago, I went in to do my regular transactions. The brown lady in the business lane (sitting one) was so motivated to close her objectives that I had to say 5 times "no" to credit limits, to mortgage appointment and to who knows what she was trying to sell to me. I had an appointment today with the advisor Kuldip. Not only did I forget and was late but Kuldip was super accommodating and patient. I came 15 minutes late and she was very hospitable. Not only did Kuldip resolve my issue but she went above and beyond. Kuldip told me I would have to call visa myself and see what I can do regarding my credit card but she said it would be faster if she did it and she definitely did call them herself and got my problem solved immediately. I really cannot understand all of the bad reviews. I have only ever had very positive relations with this branch. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating and have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I have visited the branch. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
Avoid this branch at all costs. They are unbelievably rude and make you feel like a criminal with your own money. Every time I make the mistake of going in here, I regret it as soon as an employee opens their mouth. Attitude, disdain, smugness are just a few words that come to mind. 0 stars
