The advisor who helped me was so patient and helpful answering my questions and providing me with the resources I need to open my account. She gave me info on my new international student account, rewards, credit cards, anything I have to do in the future like send my proof of enrollment. The front desk advisor who helped me activate my debit card and the manager who asked me how my appointment was going were also very kind and helpful. Worst customer service, even by manager
TD Bank is horrible 😫! They don't deserve a star at all. I'm locked out of my TD mobile app and I was trying to get this issue solved now for 2 weeks and all they keep saying is come into the bank and when I visit the bank the tellers don't seem to know what they are doing because they keep telling me come back. How many times do I have to go back for the same issue? Honestly, I am so done with TD Tecumseh mall location, and they are so slow, I am ready to switch to another bank because of this.
If I could rate negative I would. I was on hold for an hour an 5 mins then just got hung up on randomly. so I proceeded to call back another 45mins and the same thing g happened!
