Came in to deposit a cheque, the man at the counter was very rude. No hello, snatched the cheque out of my hand and the goodbye I received was very rude. Didn’t even ask if I needed anything else done before the transaction was over. I have always had great experiences at every TD branch but was very dissatisfied with the interaction I had today.
Clean, semi-fast service and kind staff.
Recently closed a estate account at the Devonshire branch a nice young man at the teller was very professional....I wish I could say that about that afternoon manager dont know her name she is the one with the glasses.... She was extremely rude and condescending to the teller that was working with us..... so glad closed the account the behavior i seen from the manger was ridiculous.
