Charging $5 to use a debit card that belongs to a different bank is straight up greed. Even the ATM's inside the mall are much cheaper fees than what your machines charge. Do better.
It's insane that we pay to have the ATM's available at the branches instead of going to a 3rd party one that will charge $5 fee. Now they close the ATMs instead of just providing a job to a security guard to make sure paying and loyal customers can take out money without being extorted by 3rd party ATMs. This is extremely bad customer relations and feels like it should be illegal since we pay MONTHLY fee's to have the services available. This is shameful that TD would rather close it doors then just give a job to a security ... read more
Came in to deposit a cheque, the man at the counter was very rude. No hello, snatched the cheque out of my hand and the goodbye I received was very rude. Didn’t even ask if I needed anything else done before the transaction was over. I have always had great experiences at every TD branch but was very dissatisfied with the interaction I had today.
