I had a monthly donation set up with a corporation, but since I was starting school, I wanted to cancel it. I went to the bank and spoke with a teller named Jhanvi, she was an Indian lady that looked to be 28. She told me I would need to pay a $25 stop payment fee, which I agreed to and paid. However, the following month in July, I noticed that another payment had still been deducted by the same corporation. TD Willoughby are not helpful at all. The manager is not helpful at all and makes everything difficult instead of helping. The made a mistake on my appointment and made it look like it was my fault. I went to Walnut grove branch and they helped me right away…
