The customer service at this bank has really gone downhill. If you're planning to cash a cheque here - especially one that's more than a few months old- think twice. I brought in a cheque from the Ontario Ministry of Finance dated January 2025. The teller kept insisting it was expired and sent me back. Finally their ACs working, fully staffed counters, new team members are pleasant & genuinely interested in helping customers. Glad to see no more "seasoned" rude staff.
I went in to fill out a form for a rental application. I didn't realize some of the info the renters were asking for was confidential and shouldn't be given out. Matt and Shiv did an excellent job helping me understand this, and supplying me with the Information I needed for the application that was safe to include. Thanks for your help!
