Finally their ACs working, fully staffed counters, new team members are pleasant & genuinely interested in helping customers. Glad to see no more "seasoned" rude staff.
I went in to fill out a form for a rental application. I didn't realize some of the info the renters were asking for was confidential and shouldn't be given out. Matt and Shiv did an excellent job helping me understand this, and supplying me with the Information I needed for the application that was safe to include. Thanks for your help!
this branch is fine. it is absurd that td raised the minimum chequing balance from 5000 to 6000. nickel and diming.
Very poor service. I’ve been a TD client for over 25 years with 3 mortgages and never a missed payment. They've placed a 5 business days hold on a 200K draft I had just withdrawn from RBC the same day even though I provided the receipt and proof. Meanwhile, they’re charging me 8% interest on my mortgage (costing me about $300 for that same amount). The manager was arrogant and showed no respect for loyal clients or common sense.
Visited the branch on my lunch hour without an appointment and the PBA Kayleigh Llyod greeted me and offered to assist me with my issue. She needed assistance from her manager but in the end was able to fulfill the transaction. Well done in accommodating a "walk-in" where everyone else would have turned me away. Great customer service.
