The line up is brutal at this location. I’ve been here several times and the wait times are 15-45mins everytime…
I'm waiting a month and a half to transfer money from one account to the other because the employees keep making mistakes. Something that could've been done in 3 days at wealthsimple. Hopefully once the transaction is finished, I can close all of my accounts.
I normally go to Ajax branch but I was able to visit this branch to reset my PIN for my cards which I forgot, plus it was near my workplace. I wanted to say, my experience with Tanya was amazing. She was professional, and looked into the issue and with the help of branch manager as well, they were able to assist with changing my PIN, before my card ran into other issues. Very disappointed, TD workers do not know how to do their works lady name aiman and zahra I’m very disappointed ☹️ they do not know what they were doing.
The air conditioners are never turned on and/or not working in this heat. When asked they said it’s “cost cutting”. They are always understaffed. There’s huge team of “managers” but they never bother to assist the lineups. Seriously thinking of switching over our business accounts to the blue bank. If there’s an option of below zero rating I would’ve chosen that.
