Unfortunately I have to give this bank a star, which is not deserved. Recently opened a business account for my son, who has a mobile business, thinking TD was a great bank, boy was I ever wrong. Went in person at this branch in January 2026, to initially open his account with him at this branch and it has been problems after problems. Upon arriving there, prior to calling to book the initial appointment no one came in to open the account, manager had to step in to try and assist another personal teller to open this account.... read more
My go to branch, friendly knowledgeable staff, lots of parking, great service ethic
Waited for one 1hr to open a chequing account (they said it would be 10-minutes). I needed to use the washroom. They sent me to Booster Juice. How cheap is a bank that they can’t have a washroom for their clients.

The customer service at this bank has really gone downhill. If you're planning to cash a cheque here - especially one that's more than a few months old- think twice. I brought in a cheque from the Ontario Ministry of Finance dated January 2025. The teller kept insisting it was expired and sent me back.
