Absolutely horrible experience at TD! My mother, an amputee with one leg, was forced to stand in line for 48 minutes just to try and access her deceased sister's account. To add insult to injury, the woman at the front desk was unbelievably rude, nasty, and a flat-out liar. 20+ Years of Loyalty Means Nothing to TD I’ve been a TD customer for over two decades, but today's interaction with Portia Siddiqua at the branch solidified my decision to take my business elsewhere. The worst bank I've ever dealt with. We opened a First Home Savings Account with them. I went to this branch a week before we took possession of our new home and was told I had to book a special appointment to withdraw from that account. The only appointment they had was two days before we took possession of our new home. The person they booked me with did not know how to handle FHSA accounts. This TD bank needs an overall review/major changes to their customer services and management team. The fact they have multiple people ("financial advisors") sitting in offices with literally no work while avoiding eye contact with a line of customers all the way to door is unacceptable. I don't even blame they 2 tellers working, how does the management team for this branch expect 2 tellers to handle this type of workload while having the remaining staff sit and watch? Do some work please
Your going to wait 20 min in line minimum. No tellers maybe 2,3 at max on any given day. Service very slow.
