Tellers are so wonderful but they only ever have 2 bank tellers and it’s always over a 45 minute wait, I’m here weekly. For over a year. It’s always backed up. Feel bad for the staff, over worked and clearly poorly managed with hiring.
No sense of urgency whatsoever with the tellers. They seem to like having conversations more when the lineups are longer ☹️
Closed for truth and reconciliation day and only 1 drive thru ATM outside. Bad signage about this. What a mess
One of the worst banking experiences I have ever experienced. I was there for 4 HOURS and they couldn’t figure out something that took another td 5 minutes to figure out. I won’t be returning
I was treated really low and refused service by the manager in burka because I was upset. This was the second time by the way. First time, I was told I dont how to write a cheque because I had made a mistake. It will be a lot of work for me, but i will still have to cancel my banking with TD .
