Rishab is excellent manager, courteous and helpful. Miriam is helpful and nice as well. I am glad with their service. I recommend this branch in Oakville.
10/10 Best TD Bank branch by far! Outstanding customer service, super friendly staff, and always efficient. They handled my request in under 5 minutes — something other TD locations couldn’t figure out. Even after moving, I still drive here because they make banking fast, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend!
Staff is a mixed bag. On some days they are rude, and completely incompetent, but on others, they are nice and get it done quickly. Shootout to Tig (I hope I remembered his name right) for getting me exactly what I needed within 2 minutes and not trying to sell me anything.
I went into the branch today to open a Corp holding trading account that was time sensitive in nature. Rather than hearing it wasn’t possible because of protocol, I was blow away that Kishore the investment consultant was able to work with the branch manager Rishab to call downtown and get it set up today!!!!!! Talk about top notch service. Thank you TD Canada Trust.
I must recommend this location if you looking at opening a new bank account. Faiz helped me set up my new account, his customer service is top notch
