Staff is a mixed bag. On some days they are rude, and completely incompetent, but on others, they are nice and get it done quickly. Shootout to Tig (I hope I remembered his name right) for getting me exactly what I needed within 2 minutes and not trying to sell me anything.
I went into the branch today to open a Corp holding trading account that was time sensitive in nature. Rather than hearing it wasn’t possible because of protocol, I was blow away that Kishore the investment consultant was able to work with the branch manager Rishab to call downtown and get it set up today!!!!!! Talk about top notch service. Thank you TD Canada Trust.
I must recommend this location if you looking at opening a new bank account. Faiz helped me set up my new account, his customer service is top notch
I’ve had many frustrating experiences with TD over the years at 2 or 3 different branches. From the mortgage process to business account management and everyday banking, the systems often feel overly complicated. Some representatives have come across as cold or indifferent, lacking the patience to truly listen or assist. It can feel like every issue is someone else’s responsibility.
