I’ve had many frustrating experiences with TD over the years at 2 or 3 different branches. From the mortgage process to business account management and everyday banking, the systems often feel overly complicated. Some representatives have come across as cold or indifferent, lacking the patience to truly listen or assist. It can feel like every issue is someone else’s responsibility. I have had many terrible experiences with one branch and my experience was finally changed when I had the pleasure of connecting with Pam V. Pam Went out of her way to provide options and in return, made my life easier. I swore that I would never set up another account with TD and I did it today. TD you need more people like Pam V. to help with sharing your core values.
