I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three failed wire transfer attempts through this branch, I’m left frustrated and genuinely disappointed. I followed their advice after each failure, correcting exactly what they identified as the issue, yet the problems persisted. What makes this even more frustrating is that they've helped me successfully send a transfer to the same recipient before, using the exact same information. There's clearly proof it should work. Tellers are really slow and they don’t have enough people to service the location. Guess the AML fine hit them really hard.
There must should be ZERO star!! The manager attitude was bad, he talks like mean and unpleasant, and he took my card. When I go to another TD bank branch , they told me it shouldn’t be allowed!!
