I'm in agreement with other reviewers, this branch really needs to be held accountable for its terrible Google review score. 100% of the time, I receive great service from the tellers. Always friendly and helpful. Jack, our investment rep, is great. However, there is one investment rep who could not treat you worse than a border and customs agent on a bad day. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after three failed wire transfer attempts through this branch, I’m left frustrated and genuinely disappointed. I followed their advice after each failure, correcting exactly what they identified as the issue, yet the problems persisted. What makes this even more frustrating is that they've helped me successfully send a transfer to the same recipient before, using the exact same information. There's clearly proof it should work.
