Ms. Hosanna in the branch was extremely nice and helpful. She cares for whoever walks in and is professional with her work. This branch is easy for me to go to since I live near it.
I spoke with Sophia today. Even though I wasn’t a client, she was extremely helpful, gave me an honest opinion, and guided me in the right direction. If I ever decide to become a client, TD is definitely my number one choice now.
Great employees. Maybe management changed but it really became disappointing over the past week, sadly if this continues td will loose me as a customer of over 8 years.
