Worst telephone service, I tried to call this branch and It keeps turning me back to their first options and I wasn’t be able to.. waste of time…
My experience with TD customer service call: Update: I called a second time and had to wait for another 1.5 hours. After connecting, the agent cut the call after talking for a minute very abruptly. Did not call back at all. Original: I had called today on behalf of my parents and myself. It said wait time is 10 minutes but took 1 and half hour total. I started off with my father’s account but could not authenticate. I wanted to switch to help my mother and myself’s account, but they refuse to help further.
Waiting line was too long. Highly understaffed.
I'm sorry, but this is getting absurd. I don't know what is going on at this branch, but the service here is a joke. I've been here multiple times over the last few months, and every time I leave, they don't do the thing they say they are going to do right in front of me... It's so bad I'm thinking about switching branches. Literally... I've asked for my phone number to be changed 5 times here... address 3 times... account type... it doesn't get done... they only thing they are good for is issue new card or withdraw/deposit ... read more
Had an extremely bad customer service from Parul Saini and Sally Wong. Going through the google reviews, they got a few complaints from customers before. Then I tried to reach Alexander Racioppa - the Branch Manager to inform him about his team but got ignored. Have sent email to customer.support@td.com and customer.care@td.com. Also, sent a secured message via easyweb in order escalate this complaint to the branch manager but never get a response.
