Worst branch out there. I've been with td for over 10 years and they still treat me like garbage! This branch when managed by Sonya treat their customers like they are a nuisance. I was ready to close all of my accounts but found another branch just down the street that treats me like a valued customer with dignity and respect.

I had excellent experience with staff of this branch. I arrived at the closing time of branch and the experience I had with TD rep was very nice. They helped me with all of my needs in fact they helped me with additional challenges I had to get my credit card working. Very friendly staff. They deserve 5 star.
Useless staff and not helpful at all.
I have had numerous bad experiences with this branch. Several occasions of staff being rude. Including implying I was lying about money TD misplaced. Was resolved bc I had the paperwork to prove it. Staff acting like vultures over an investment. And when I withdrawal my money (not a loan) I get the 3rd degree I decline to answer and then staff gets rude with me.
