Tishana helped me today and she was super helpful and informative in regard to some tasks I needed to get done with the bank. I don’t have a lot of financial knowledge but she noticed things in regard to my account and took initiative in suggesting some things and giving me advice that could help me in my future.
Long wait for our appointment. We had an appointment at 4:00 PM and she showed up at 4:30.

Today was the first time I went to this branch. If I could give this place less than one star I would. The female teller paoline (the spelling may not be correct - dark hair & glasses) was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was very condescending and patronizing. She even gave an elderly women she was serving before me the silent treatment. If you cannot work with people or have empathy and compassion for the elderly don’t work at a customer service job.
