I've been loyal and going here for years, the very bank manager and I mean rude, would not cash a $1500. personal check after I've been loyal to them for years, they want to hold check for 15 business days but same lady cashed them several times prior, and Garden st TD just cashed a check for $1500. From My Father on July 16th with no holds, it went through like all the others I've received over a decade, I don't understand why she is still managing, look at the reviews, they are telling, this is also biast and I wonder why?... read more
This place has mixed staff. Some are professional and some are extremely unprofessional who simply cannot perform their basic job duties. I expect better from TD.
Update - their ATM's work only 50% of the time and the staff inside could'nt care less. Would give them 0 if possible. Service is horrible. ( is getting worse ) I suggest you go to the TD downtown or over at Salem and Taunton , or try many of the other institutions that would love to have you as a customer.
No line and fast friendly service. Also,alot of parking.
