Cauline at the Primrose branch was a beacon of light for me during a difficult time. I had attempted to set up an Estate account for my recently deceased mother at her branch on 8th Street. Not only was I given inaccurate information about the process, which would have made it a much longer ordeal, but my emails went unseen and unanswered, and then I was accused of being unreachable. Called the branch, someone picked up the receiver and hang it down. That’s not a way to deal your customers. It was rude !
Customer service is ok but not as required. Long lines at teller .
I'm not impressed with TD in general. I was just at this particular branch yesterday and got a new debit card and temporary password got into my account once and now as of today I get told there's been fraudulent activity on my account. I'm getting to the point where to just have an account to just cash checks and that's it.
