Horrible experience, walk in asking to open a savings account, really shouldnt be that hard of a thing to help with as I just had some questions, as well i already have a chequing account. I talk to a teller and get told to wait for a worker to assist me and continue to wait for 40 minutes without a single thing said to me. Walked out right then and there absolute waste of my time, never go there other than to use an ATM.
What is with this branch? Service spiralling downhill. Online it says Thursday hours until 8. The hours posted in the window of the branch say Thursday until 8. I drive halfway across town to do something that requires in-person banking to find that it's closed sometime before 7.
5 day holds on certified cheques AND Crown Corp cheques - What a joke TD is. Thanks for nothing
