Cancelled my appointment one hour before, and have not set up any replacement appointment for the same day. Customer made appointment for a reason. Will definitely consider cancelling my business with TD bank.
It seems record profits for TD does not trickle down to their customers. Many locations have closed, not open Saturdays or past 5pm. It's easy to show profit when you shut down most of the services. The customer is always right, just not at TD Canada Trust.
My recent experiences with TD Bank-Downtown Branch have been far from satisfactory. During my initial visit, I interacted with a specialist whose attitude was highly off - putting. Even though they were engaged in customer - service duties and had a smile on their face, there was an unmistakable air of arrogance.
