I’ve been with TD 27 years. I’m a business owner. I went to the brand to deposit money to my business account and then the worker there he don’t know nothing and he called the manager the manager she is Middle East Indian. This place is always upselling, but even worse they are selling whats not required. I was set up with an account that cost $15.95 per month that had 3 transactions per year. I had it downgraded, but found out (just out of a slip of tongue by the clerk) that even lower, more suitable rates were available than what they offered (they were pushing 25 transactions on me for $8, and there is an option for 12 for $4/mo.). My husband and I have had great service from TD Canada Trust on Clarence. We first set up accounts a few weeks ago and the whole staff are great. We started with Nnamdi who set up our accounts (don’t do it on line as I tried to). First rate service. I have since dealt with several tellers and the supervisor and all were excellent. People don’t even seem to mind waiting in line as the service is so good. The atmosphere is great. Bravo!!
