They double booked my appoints 3 times in a row
Never really had good service from this branch but this time is just terrible. Had an appointment with Leeza at 2 pm. Send her an email that I have arrived at the appointment time. Wait 20 minutes, no one acknowledged me. I went up to the counter and ask where is Leeza. The lady said she will let her know. 15 more minutes passed by, still no one ready for me. We make appointments for a reason. Please treat our time matter.
The slowest bank around
Staff is suddenly refusing to to give me change for my business because I do not have a personal account with them, Have been doing banking for my company with them making weekly deposits over the last 3 years and suddenly they are now refusing to help saying “their policy changed over a year ago”
I have cashed a cheque from the government through this account every single month, always real, always goes through. Here I never can because of fraud, no other location has ever given me an issue, seems like they would rather stand there than actually do anything.
