Had an appointment booked for 430 on March 25th. I checked in at 424pm and sat in the chairs waiting for my time. At 427, Mohammad stood up, looked out the glass window, and said my next appointment is here. At 430, a woman ran in with what looked like tax papers and joined the appointment now in my time slot.
