Fantastic staff, I’m from out of province and needed help with something and the customer service and patience I received was next level
I think in the TD Betts Ave branch they just want us to open an account with them and they don't want to offer any kind of help or consider our needs/ problem after that. I had a couple of bad experiences in the past and also today on Oct 7th. Actually the staff lack knowledge and understanding the needs of the customer and they just keep saying the same thing like a tape recorder with recorded clips. Went to cash a certified cheque. They put a hold on it because that was the policy they had and the manager sat there and lied to me. Providing zer help whatsoever. Told me if I wanted to close my account to go right ahead and do that if I wanted to. This TD branch has gotten so bad, and the interaction with the manager was awful.
I have to say I've been with TD for 16 years I've never ever ever in 16 years had a problem with any teller anywhere any bank within Western Canada and I've lived in 2 different provinces.... Thank you.
