I booked the VIP package for 135 minutes, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and kept using her phone throughout the session, which was extremely irritating. Instead of the full 135 minutes, the service lasted only about 95 minutes. When I asked about it, all I received was a basic massage. This was definitely not a head spa—she just shampooed and conditioned my hair, nothing more. A complete waste of money.

Highly recommend the facial and scalp massage - Lien was wonderful it was very relaxing. My skin is so soft and my hair is shiny. Love it!
It was my first time getting a facial and I absolutely loved it! Kim was so gentle and amazing. It was so comfortable and my skin was glowing after!
