I got the Groupon deal - $80 for the headspa for 2 and the $75 hybrid lashes refill. The prices are amazing, and even though the lash technician suggested I do the full set next time as my lashes came out very quickly, she still honored the price. Amazing customer service, and the spa felt really good as well. Highly recommend
First half was fine but then I was told that there is no hot water while have shampoo on… try to communicate whether need to change seat but the person could not fully communicate in English and use cold water to wash my hair🤣🤣I wanna leave but could not… and then she talked to someone and manually add some boiled water to finish my session… could not believe I was asked for tip based on this 🥹almost catch a cold
It was an amazing amazing experience. I went with my wife and lien did an AMAZING job. Go for 75 Min Classic Package for Two: 30 Min Express Glow Boost Facial + 45 Min Head Spa Treatment. This is what i used for Groupon Coupon
I've wish I could give a higher rating but even 2 stars is pushing it for me. Overall the experience was missing so many things in order to make someone feel relaxed and welcomed. I purchased through groupon because I really liked that they offered a combo package for a facial and scalp massage. Here are the things I think should be adjusted that would've made my experience a 5/5: -No one was at the reception desk to greet me for over 5 mins.
