Terrible terrible branch. If I could give a negative review I would. The staff there seems to not have any loan knowledge at all. Show no respect and a complete waste of customers’ time. I’m filing a complaint now.
I went to this branch today to replace my card they they waste my one hour and they didn’t solve the problem and they didn’t give me any reason because they didn’t know the work when went to the other branch they solve my issue magdy Ahmad at tysons corner Branch don’t know anything they five start review he wrote for his own account they they don’t know customer service TD will lose lot of customers because of this branch.
Poor customers services, lack of professionalism and respect to customer.
I highly recommended this branch! I had a great banking experience today with Mesi! she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
