I am disappointed with the way I was treated. The general manager did not want to help me over the phone and sounded frustrated when I simply asked for a little time to gather the information he requested

I visited TD Bank for notary services, and I was informed by Mrs Moi Hawa that the rules had changed. I felt the information provided was unclear, and I left without the assistance I needed. I hope they can provide clearer guidance in the future.
