After hours lobby card entry doesn't work.
The LEAST convenient bank ever. What a crock. I've never had a bank that required I physically walk into the bank to change my phone number or make any edits to my account. Their website and apps are horrible to navigate. When you get a bank account they don't give you all of the info you need and you often have to come back into the bank to obtain it as their phone support is absolutely useless as they always tell you to go into a bank to fix the problem. ATM flags every request now. I need to confirm on my phone then wait 2 min. I Called and was on hold 40 min. Then when I got a hold of someone I was told system down. I went in. Told that’s the way it is. All banks do this. My ATM requests were for $80 on a Saturday night from my home branch. Then the teller told me I should be happy they have fraud monitoring as if I should be grateful.
