I am an account holder for over a decade and opened an account there because of their weekend availability. 4 tellers and not one was a notary. 11/29 at 12 pm.
Amazing ambience and professional services !!! Mostly people take the time to complaints and not compliment!!! Xavier took care of my needs fast, providing knowledge and processional advice!!!! Ty Ty
Even if the whole place is empty, you still have to wait for the staff to giggle and have fun with themselves and drink their coffees before you get serviced. Six people working, you’re the only one there in line. Nobody can service you after 14 minutes they apologize and they thank you for your patience. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ Try anything other bank except this place. Save yourself some time.
Felt like I was doing them a favor by being there. I just called customer service in my car after and they were more helpful than the actual branch that was 20 feet away.
Horrible location; the assistant manager had an actitud same as the cashier that helped us. Is like they don’t understand that their job is costumer services
