This is the kind of bank that makes everything harder instead of helping its customers. Vanessa is the worst Assistant Manager I have ever dealt with. The customer service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was shocked to learn that this is the only bank I have visited that does not provide a Signature Guarantee Stamp. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not the level of service I would expect from a bank. I would not recommend this branch.
They lied, closed on. Sunday, website listed it open and customer service told me that it would be open... It's not open.. Wasted 1 hour.
