Horrible customer service, terrible home lending administration for processing mortgages, can't get any one to talk to with questions regarding your escrow account. The mortgages are not on a customer portal and you can't even go paperless on statements. You also cannot add additional principle to your automatic electronic payments like other banks. Don't do business with this bank.
