I stopped payments on a rip off problem. The charge was on the bank statement, then after the stop payment it was removed. The next day it was back. This is after I paid for the stop payment and a over draft fee. The rip off problem got paid AGAIN. One of Your Managers at the Thorndale branch is a gaslighting, lazy but who has made this an on going problem. I have been TRYING to get this settled for months! I cannot wait to get away from your Bank. And the bs you allow in your branches.
On March 16, I deposited a TD Bank payroll check into my account. The check is drawn from TD Bank. I checked my phone app Tuesday the 17th and noticed there was a hold on it. I called the phone number for my app spoke to the checking department. Spoke to Debbie she was able to take the hold off. I had asked her if I had went to the branch and cashed the check would I have left with cash. She said absolutely. Worst bank on the planet, I don’t understand how this company is still in business
Your Fairview Branch in NJ is drowning and you guys seriously don’t care. They are always stressed always so backed up always lines out the door and no one cares, horrible. They have 5 teller windows yet only one or two max are on them over 6 platform stations yes two at max are manning them , this is NOT that it’s a “busy branch” it’s you are looking at cost much closer than what’s needed , no wonder why people customers teammates are always leaving this place
