Very unprofessional and dismissal at the counter I try to explain no automatic speak to a manager or a supervisor I have to wait 20 min which they all standing around there’s not much people here, which the teller proceed in front of me to speak to manager or supervisor , so she could said the same thing he said to me , horrible.

I use this location for most of my business banking. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The service is not good, the treatment is not good, two employees are just mocking and not serving the citizen. I lost my bank card in a Teddy Bank machine and when I wanted another one they wasted my time and in the end she gave me a number and told me to call this number and I had 5000 dollars to put in the bank and now I have returned to my work and she did not serve me
