破银行，去这个银行居然需要预约！walk in要等很久。看着也没有几个人。员工懒懒散散，没有几个人在干活！完全浪费别人时间！
Had a positive experience with Susan in opening the checking account. Make sure to check in your appointment with the front desk person as the computer with small screen for the check-ins is for the walk-ins only. Also for opening an account, if you don't have the NY-state ID, make sure to bring a document that proves your residency in NYC (rental agreement, w2, bill statement etc). Be prepared for the delay if you are going there on the weekend. Even with the appointment, I had to wait about 20 minutes.
