Friendly and professional staff. All the help I needed was made clear and fast. The only slight downside is that I wish there's a higher screen between banker's booths so customers can have more privacy when talking to the bankers individually. But overall very satisfied!

I had a positive interaction with Jack Li. I had made an appointment and there was minimal wait time even though I arrived early. He was professional and addressed all my issues. It was quite busy so he was very efficient which is not a bad thing.
Great bank to go to. Haoqing was very helpful in trying to figure out a situation I was having!
