I am speechless. We just received a call from the notary at the Orleans office canceling an appointment to have a power of attorney notarized. My mother was told that they would not sign that type of document because they didn't want to be dragged into court if it was contested (!!!???) My mother was utterly offended by their condescending tone and their suggestion that we simply get a "joint bank account". The bank manager, Rady, has been very pleasant and helpful every time I have dealt with her. She was able to fix some problems which had occurred previously at this bank. I am grateful for her help.
Bank manager very rude condescending and dismissive. My dad recently passed away went in trying to get information on his account and the manager was so unprofessional and unhelpful
