Every visit here a bad experience , One star is too much..they seem to play stupid and difficult,,,just to accept a deposit, they have a nasty attitude!! Send them back to Toronto!!!!
Have been banking when it was Commerce Bank the TD bank. Always received 5 star customer service
The staff at this place were totally awesome. Really friendly. Such a different vibe to an English bank. Iolanda and her colleague who served me were particularly helpful. If I was American I would bank here. The whole set up of the physical place was so warm and friendly too. I felt treated with such respect and pride and professionalism.
If you value your money and time, you will not do business with TD Bank. Have a multiple accounts and will be closing all of them. Terrible customer service.
