I have had an extremely negative experience with this bank. I opened an online account, and just three days later, after receiving a payment, my account was locked. When I visited the branch, I was told my account was now available, but within a few days, my savings account was at -$18. The bank offers no help; they take your money and cause problems without resolution. Branch staff refuse to assist effectively, and every representative I speak to claims the issue is out of my hands, often transferring me to other department... read more
