Ended up closing my account and changing banks. Over the past 3 years my debit card has been cancelled 2x and had holds placed on it 4 times due to "suspicious activity" (which were at withdrawls, purchases from amazon-which I do approx 30 times per month due to work) and otherreasons they have been unable to explain.)
