I used this location frequently, but will no longer be going here. Usually the tellers I get are very nice, but after this poor interaction frankly I am done with TD bank as it has completely gone downhill in terms of its services and now this. I drove up to the drive thru at 25 of 2 on Saturday. The lane I drove up to had a green light on. In fact, all of the lanes still had green lights on. As I went to push the button, the teller, a female with glasses, rudely told me that "sorry that lane isn't open". Absolutely unnecess... read more
First time using this TD Bank branch, which is so much closer than my usual branch. I just needed to make a quick deposit. The teller was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be using this branch from now on.
Worst experience of my life. Customer service doesn't exist
