I love this TD location. After every visit, I wonder why I put off going to the bank. Everyone who works here is so pleasant, professional, and helpful. They make everything so easy and truly go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service.
Good service.
Always slow and unprofessional. I waited in line for 13mins with one teller helping one man and the other teller at the counter *one down* eating her lunch. We have never had good service to where we started going to another TD farther away from us.
Drove out here to have something notarized and they informed me that only the account holder can use the notary, so if my wife (the account holder) and I need something notarized, they won’t do it. They didn’t mentioned that when I called to get notary hours, only once I’d already gone down there. I asked to open an account with them since that’s their rule and they pitifully told me “well we close soon”. I used this location frequently, but will no longer be going here. Usually the tellers I get are very nice, but after this poor interaction frankly I am done with TD bank as it has completely gone downhill in terms of its services and now this. I drove up to the drive thru at 25 of 2 on Saturday. The lane I drove up to had a green light on. In fact, all of the lanes still had green lights on.
