Carolina Hermida and Mardannie Cherisme were no help at all when the ATM took my card. I had to call customer service myself and when customer service reached out thats when the employees helped which took over an hour of me being in the branch . I have filed a complaint and will be filong more . Do not go to this branch. They told me there is nothing they can do to help me get my card back and left me standing there for over an hour . As i was standing there , others came in with issues and they told them the same thing .
You all need to fix you damm door at night! Is not letting no one go inside to use the atm no matter how much you swipe your card.. and is been going on for weeks. Like I don’t understand

Wow! Tamara was a great clerk that took care of everything. Usually, TD can frustrate me. I was pleased. Ask for Tamara!
The last few months I have been trying to go after hours to the ATM machines at the Flatbush location to withdraw some money and every time I swipe my card to try and open the door, it does not open or work and I’ve seen other people try to swipe after hours too. They need to fix that door so people can have access to the ATM 24/7
