Very bad service
Debit card not working, staff says they are understaffed and wait is more than 3 hours! Icing on the cake, figure I try the Atm and that is down. In the weeds.
Sat and waited for 20 mins while a rep just looked at me and rolled her eyes….. Then finally after the most robotic and unfriendly exchange of information she told me she wasn’t sure if I could get a business account. So after an hour I left with her saying she would call me by the end of the week with an answer….. No call. This place is cold and ani-American.
