THIS IS ONE Of THE WORSTTTT BRANCH TO GO TOO….CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! ONE TELLER WITH A LINE OF 10 CUSTOMERS!!!
Went in to get a card printed, ended up with all my cards canceled. Teller just looked sheepish, wouldn't tell me why, and then went on break. Had to fix it at another location.
Last Monday, I visited to this branch related to my TD zelle account. The bank opening timing was officially 8:30AM and I entered there at 8:50AM. When i entered, I saw there were only three of staff members and all others were not on time I think. After unnecessary waiting there of 30 minutes Miss Natasha Christopher call me.
