Ms. Christopher not only helped me open a checking account, after years of re-building my credit and not feeling comfortable to walk into a bank. Thank You Ms. Christopher for you kind words, financial advice, and you Customer Service. This is a very informative branch and its worth the wait, if you have patience, you'll receive all the help you need from this location.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this TD Bank branch. The branch manager was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was treated like I was bothering them. Usually I won't go through the extreme but being a neighbor bank, they should be trained better. worst bank in history, wouldn't let me open an account even though I had all of the information that is required. the manager treats you less than human
If you see someone at night there sleeping , don’t try to go in . He will come after you. I was trying to go inside to use ATM door was locked so we left , and that homeless who was sleeping there saw us and he followed us screaming, yelling . My child got scared and started to cry. They need to have some security for costumers. Not going to use this TD bank ever.
