THIS IS ONE Of THE WORSTTTT BRANCH TO GO TOO….CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! ONE TELLER WITH A LINE OF 10 CUSTOMERS!!!
Went in to get a card printed, ended up with all my cards canceled. Teller just looked sheepish, wouldn't tell me why, and then went on break. Had to fix it at another location.
Last Monday, I visited to this branch related to my TD zelle account. The bank opening timing was officially 8:30AM and I entered there at 8:50AM. When i entered, I saw there were only three of staff members and all others were not on time I think. After unnecessary waiting there of 30 minutes Miss Natasha Christopher call me. Ms. Christopher not only helped me open a checking account, after years of re-building my credit and not feeling comfortable to walk into a bank. Thank You Ms. Christopher for you kind words, financial advice, and you Customer Service. This is a very informative branch and its worth the wait, if you have patience, you'll receive all the help you need from this location.
Extremely disappointed with the service at this TD Bank branch. The branch manager was rude and dismissive, which made the entire experience feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was treated like I was bothering them. Usually I won't go through the extreme but being a neighbor bank, they should be trained better.
