I WALKED IN FOR A NEW DEBIT CARD THE TELLER LADY WITH A SHORT BOB WAS EXTREMELY KIND & HELPFUL SHE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE FOR ME I WAS BEING HELPED HELPED BY ABDIDA AND SHE STATED UBER HER PERSONAL DISCRETION SHE WILL NOT GIVE ME A CARD ONLY MAIL AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE I ASKED WHY SHE STATED THAT SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO IVE BEEN A TD CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS & NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH RUDENESS & JUDGEMENT. I WENT TO ANOTHER BRANCH AND THEY GAVE ME A NEW CARD IN 5 MINUTES.
Inconvenient
Terrible customer service experience at this branch and a really bad experience opening a new account with TD in general. My new account that I was told needed to be verified after I already verified it over the phone was apparently closed. You know you guys could communicate things with emails, snail mail, app pop ups etc, right? I literally had no clue they decided to close it or any urgency to come in and verify.
