Terrible customer service experience at this branch and a really bad experience opening a new account with TD in general. My new account that I was told needed to be verified after I already verified it over the phone was apparently closed. You know you guys could communicate things with emails, snail mail, app pop ups etc, right? I literally had no clue they decided to close it or any urgency to come in and verify. Poor management Doesn't care about customer or employee safety
Refuse to provide notary service despite I have relationship. Don’t bank when them
The General Manager is rude and has been known to deny services to TD customers who are not associated with this bank. Customers are encouraged to seek assistance at the branch where their account was originally opened. So much for convenience. TD is truly horrible.
