Inconvenient
Terrible customer service experience at this branch and a really bad experience opening a new account with TD in general. My new account that I was told needed to be verified after I already verified it over the phone was apparently closed. You know you guys could communicate things with emails, snail mail, app pop ups etc, right? I literally had no clue they decided to close it or any urgency to come in and verify. The bank teller informed me of the closure and didn’t even offer an apology or to open a new account for me. W... read more
