THE MOST POORLY EDUCATED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE WORRIED ABOUT COUNTING $2.68 TO COMLETE A BUSINESS DEPOSIT THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE WORKING FOR THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. YOU GUYS ARE NOT GETTING ANY GREAT REVIEWS ON EFFICIENCY EITHER SO WHY THE ATTITUDE?
It shouldn’t take OVER 30 MINUTES to get a cashier’s check from the bank. The branch manager was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS!! Our bank teller needed the manager to complete the cashier’s check and the manager YELLED across the TD bank the amount that was being withdrawn!!! Completely unacceptable. Furthermore, when the manager reached the bank teller she seemed completely unaware of how to use the system and reprimanded the bank teller in front of us!!!
Spoke to 3 employees and nobody was helpful.
