i am a customer at jamesburg location and they are closing. so i went to this one in Monroe to move my safe deposit box.indian teller over there was extremely rude and said there are no boxes available. i asked if there was a waiting list, she said very rudely that there is no waiting list. you have to go there in person everyday to check. it’s first come first basis. people do work and i work long hours and in this day and age they don’t have a waiting list???? You can’t even make a deposit with this bank without multiple forms of identification and verification. They make it so frustrating and inconvenient, I don’t know why anyone still banks with TD Bank
Walked into this TD (my local TD bank that I’m a customer of) and asked to exchange cash for rolls of coins. The lady who appeared to be a manger since she was wearing a grey suit, told me they don’t do that. Being a young man I didn’t know how was wrong she was but something felt off… after triple checking with this lady that TD bank does not exchange cash for coins, I went around to the drive through and asked the same question and was told “we absolutely do that” in a friendly and helpful way.
