Over the past year, since the transition in management, my husband and I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service at this TD Bank location. In the past, we were greeted by name and staff took the time to ask about our family — it truly felt like a community bank. Unfortunately, that welcoming atmosphere no longer exists. I wish I could give less than 1 star. There is a reason we are trying to close out our account. I’ve had to go in twice now to try to close it. I called because it still wasn’t closed and instead of offering any support, they talked with me very patronizingly. We are a business account and had been with them for years. This is now just another reason we tell people not to bank with TD!
This branch seems unwilling to go the extra mile to help existing members.
Absolute worst service, rude, condescending, racist. The bank manager is the worst bank service provider that I have ever had the experience of working with. Will not be using this branch ever again.
