The manager at this branch genuinely believes she’s running TD Bank. The way she carries herself, you’d think she’s the owner—yet her decisions barely qualify for someone handling basic housekeeping tasks. Last week she approved something without a problem, and today she suddenly discovered “policy” and gave a full lecture. If anyone wants to see a manager who behaves like she’s at the top but operates with the judgment of someone nowhere near that level, this branch is the perfect example. I’m done with TD Bank.

I’ve become very disappointed with how things are handled at TD Bank. The manager changes policies whenever she wants, and when I explained that my situation was an emergency, she still refused to help, claiming it was “policy.” Ironically, she allowed the exact same thing before, but now she’s changing the rules at her convenience. It feels like she’s forgotten that she’s a manager- not the owner and her role should be to assist customers, not make things harder. At this point, I’m done with TD Bank.

This branch’s management is shockingly incompetent and intentionally indifferent. The manager arbitrarily changes rules to suit her mood, hides behind “policy” to refuse help in an emergency, and treats customers like inconveniences. Their inconsistent, lazy decision-making causes needless stress and shows a complete lack of accountability or basic decency. I will never set foot in this branch again and I’m reporting this conduct to corporate. Avoid this place.
