Needed to order foreign currency. went to do it online but thought it would be a better idea to do it in person to make sure everything was correct. went to TD bank, Person at TD tells me that if they do it, they cant guarantee delivery or the amount- that i need to go home and do it online. so i went all the way to the store for them to tell me to go home and do it on my own, wouldn't help. it is currently 2:25am on 12.29.24 and despite td bank saying you have customer service support 24/7 i have been on hold for over 35minutes and the only thing i get is the same music tune over and over. i will call back and see if the same thing happens, but i think i'll be closing my account in the morning. should have done it sooner but this is the final straw.
This TD is the best in NJ always have a wonderful experience here miss leighann scarpa is very knowledgeable and helpful highly recommend.
The never answer the phones.
horrible experience. had my debit card stolen a bit ago and went into get a new card. nothing but getting made fun of from bank tellers and told, “how about try not to loose your card” like it wasnt stolen or anything okay. lost a customer and horrible woman up at the front counter.
