There is no access to the atm machine when you are closed. The door that is suppose to open with my card didnt work. It wasnt just me. I watched a few others have the samr issue. When i signed up for an account with you i was told this atm would be available to me for free withdrawals. I have had to use a few other atm's recently that have charged me. You owe me at least $20
