This people are useless, rude and they don’t care about you and your personal time. It was just one person in costumer service, I wait there for 30 minutes, and at some point this women say to me “I will be an hour with this client, go to front desk and they can help you”, front desk told me we can’t help you because we don’t have access, come another day, I said: no I am here today, you just have one person working in the financial advisor and here in from desk 3 people? I went in at 10 am, because my atm card got stuck in their machine.There were 7-8 people sitting sitting in chairs apparently waiting for 1 customer service person… the lobby was empty with 3 tellers laughing and comparing nail polish!🧐🤔 something tells me this place is dysfunctional and doesn’t care about the customers…. time to start bank shopping because this one sucks!🤷♂️🤷♂️
Mostly it is good nd I should give 5 stars, I check Google Map & at Office, it was written it opens on 11:00 to 2:00 pm, I was there on Sunday at12:52 but it didn't open. It is my Waste of time management.
If i could give a -zero i would. Worst service I've ever had at a bank ever. Poor customer service at the store level. They are not customer friendly, lied about things I found were not tried from another location. I could say more but I won't..
