This makes a joke extremely rude and unprofessional. They wouldn't let me open up a bank account so I said forget it went down the street to chase open up the bank account there they are so much better. I would give them zero Stars if I could
In line 45 minutes? You need help.
Never enough tellers especially at peak times. Today at noon there were 11 people in line and only TWO tellers. Two stars for only two tellers. Might need to find a new bank.

This people are useless, rude and they don’t care about you and your personal time. It was just one person in costumer service, I wait there for 30 minutes, and at some point this women say to me “I will be an hour with this client, go to front desk and they can help you”, front desk told me we can’t help you because we don’t have access, come another day, I said: no I am here today, you just have one person working in the financial advisor and here in from desk 3 people?
