I have been with TD Bank for about 23 years ago and I have only received the very best of service for my banking needs. I had a problem a few weeks back with a subscription service that I did not realize I had signed up for initially. I called the bank and asked if they could help me retrieve the $140. I received the refund in 24hrs, so, Thank You, TD Bank 5 star service from my bank!

Opened a checking account online, no one contacted me saying it was flagged for potential fraud all because they wanted to verify who I was which could have easily been worked out. I unknowingly linked the account to my stocks and trading account and initiated a transfer from my trading account to TD which caused my trading account to then be frozen.
