Was told that they couldn't offer the online promo in person. Called TD to verify this- said it was untrue. Horrible service. Wasted my time.
I received horrible service today with Mariam. I was flat out denied service before having the chance to clearly state what I needed. Bough two checks and was told I couldnt cash out, was told i could not transfer, When I asked why, she said because you dont have the full balance in your account? Who said i wanted to cash out the full balance. When it was clarified that I only wanted to take it 50 immediatly she told me I had to go to the atm machine. what a lazy teller. all the other transactions she told me to do via the m... read more
