Pésimo servicio, hacen esperar al cliente. Y s hacen los importantes cuando uno les dice q ya mucho tiempo, y encima no están haciendo nada y sin clientela y no entiende porq hacen esperar cuando ni hay clientela
Service is very slow. I had to wait long time with only a couple of people ahead of me. I missed the due time to transfer a fund and late for work for their slow service.
There was no customer service reps available, apparently 1 went home. How do you run a business like that ? That is a busy branch…. Unbelievable
