My daughter had this bank she was helping her disabled uncle and put his money order in her account they cleared the money and than took it back saying they were closing her account and that the money order was put on a 6 day hold as the hold is on they cashed the money order and never put the money in her account when she called and spoke with a supervisor she try to tell her that western union required a refund called western union back and they said that they never requested a refund and she been fighting with them since ... read more
Waited half an hour for them to tell me I couldn’t withdraw that amount.
