TD = Tough Doo Doo. I wanted to Deposit a small amount of cash into my wife's account. I showed them my identification , but they wouldn't allow the deposit. Not a withdraw a deposit They won't be getting any of my money.
Steven Orozco the Assistant store manager was amazing helping set u my new checking and savings account. He was such a great help we have trouble with the new password with setting the account but we both figured it out together. He put all time toward me a new customer I needed a new bank so found this one and Steven was super helpful and made me feel welcome this branch is also very clean and the people at the front desk were very helpful.i highly recommend this Bank
Darryl Singleton was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. Very impressed with his ability to deal with difficult clients in front of me and continue on his day unphased.
I absolutely love the people at this branch. I have been a TD Customer for many years. Airey, Luli John and Mysti and the rest of the team. Always helpful friendly and attentive - even when they are swamped. Truly enjoy this team!!
The people, the individuals of the front line of service are 10 out of 10. TD bank from corporate expressed through cutting of location, chopping up hours, slashing customer attention is disgraceful. I don’t believe it’s a “Canadian Thing” but the world would be better served if this banking corporation closed up and took their ways of behaving back to their own living rooms. Disgraceful. Definitely not their “tag line” of convenience.
