The people, the individuals of the front line of service are 10 out of 10. TD bank from corporate expressed through cutting of location, chopping up hours, slashing customer attention is disgraceful. I don’t believe it’s a “Canadian Thing” but the world would be better served if this banking corporation closed up and took their ways of behaving back to their own living rooms. Disgraceful. Definitely not their “tag line” of convenience.
For what it worth. I think a lot of these interactions may depend on the luck of the draw. Today I met Darryl, who was enormously helpful when I mentioned what I was trying to do. He gave me suggestions how I could do a certain transaction. Thank you very much! Excellent employee, great customer service!
The lady at the drive thru said she needs an hour to finish depositing 40 checks. She asked me to go to another branch. When I went to the counter (same branch), it just needs 5 minutes. It's ridiculous.
Best bank ever! Do not miss out
