Went to withdraw money. They didn’t have it. I go to my bank for my money and they cannot supply it. This is beyond ridiculous. Changing banks because this establishment absolutely blows.
I could not be more disappointed with TD Bank. What used to be one of the best banks has, in my experience, become one of the worst. My experience with the Doylestown branch has been extremely frustrating. The employees have been rude, unhelpful, and unable to provide answers to basic questions. The most troubling issue is that $32,000 of my money has been unaccounted for since Friday, and as of today I still have no explanation as to where it is or what happened. I wish I could leave a 0 star. They make it the most difficult and take up so much time for no reason. I don’t blame the staff necessarily, but definitely the bank itself.
TD = Tough Doo Doo. I wanted to Deposit a small amount of cash into my wife's account. I showed them my identification , but they wouldn't allow the deposit. Not a withdraw a deposit They won't be getting any of my money.
