Most pathetic bank ever. I came from Pakistan 2 years ago which is developing country and that has far better banking. If you by mistake happen to visit their branch, please bring you snacks and comforter with you because they are going to make your wait for hours because customer service reps are busy talking to each other more than they listen to customers. Stop having your representatives tell people when they call that you are the most convenient bank around. I was on hold for over 10 minutes today regarding a gift card only to be told I had to call another number where I was on hold for more time. Total waste of my time.
The switch to the new online banking "experience" has been a nightmare! I am locked out of my account, and customer service (after waiting for 30 minutes) is super terrible. Time to look for a new bank....
Whoever designed your new online banking system should find a new job! It sucks and my accounts are all screwed up! Cannot even get a live person on the phone!
Their bill pay is down since their upgrade and they don’t have the brains to put that on their website or their 800 number so people will be aware and have expectations as to when it might be back up
Worst bank for customer service ever!!! Every two weeks I have to reset my password then you still lock me out. Then want me to wait twenty minutes on the phone for service??? I’m closing it all I’ve had enough of poor customer service and I notice I’m not alone
