I’ve never left a review for TD but today Kelly exceeded my expectations so much it’s the least I can do. I had a complicated situation involving multiple accounts, Kelly was so patient the entire time. She really went the extra mile to help me resolve the issue, and even worked overtime after her shift. Such an exceptional person, and really lovely attitude the entire time…thank you Kelly!

TD Bank is a horrible company that nickels and dimes you on every possible fee imaginable. Just noticed a fee in one of my many accounts with TD and called to ask what is for and was told they recently increased the minimum account balance required to not have a fee. It wasnt a huge fee but just the principal of the matter. I have moved a lot of money out of TD over the years because they dont pay any meaningful interest and mainly only use them for small savings and checking accounts but I will be closing all of my accounts... read more
