This is the worst TD Bank ever never deposit your money here when you deposit the pending verification the ATM has a glitch it swallows people‘s money and card. Do not go to this bank or TD Bank ever.
While depositing checks employee took exceptionally long time reviewing my acct. When asked what the problem was she stated she was looking for my paycheck direct deposit. As stated I was making a deposit. Direct deposit had nothing to do with my transaction. Guess they’re trained to scrutinize certain customers.
I am not currently a customer of TD Bank but I would definitely consider switching to them! It's wonderful that they have Sunday hours, too!!!
Samantha G. is wonderful as she went above and beyond what we needed. When 3 other TD banks wouldn’t help us on the weekend when managers are off. Samantha made the process seamless, provided kind and professional service. Highly recommend coming her and speaking with her. The 3 other local banks couldn’t solve my problem but Samantha resolved it within ten minutes to find a manager in another banks. I’m sure she will excel wherever she may choose.
