The folks working the counter are nice, but I have now been given the runaround from the assistant manager here twice. Once, when she said she could not procure old statements showing the deposited checks (and I was able to get the necessary records from another branch), and then again when all I needed was a manager's signature on a letterhead. For simple deposits and withdrawals, this branch is fine. Anything requiring manager assistance, I would recommend going to another branch.
I experienced something terrible at this bank today. I stood in line to make a credit card payment. And the employee called me and went there. I gave him a credit card bill and my debit card and asked him to pay. But the employee asked me to tell him the pin number. Otherwise, they told me to pay by phone. Here I am curious. Why is the employee asking for my PIN number? Isn't it correct to insert my card into the card device and press the PIN number? And the employee said he couldn't help me and left. It's no Wonder banks are Going Out of business. TD is a prime example of this. None of their locations offer an ounce of service, accountability Or a general sense that they care.
TD Bank is the worst bank in the world. They charged a $14 maintenance fee because my checking account had a balance of 0 for 21 days.
