I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at TD Bank. My visit to open a bank account for my younger brother left me feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and concerned about how I was treated. During our visit, a staff member whom I believe was named Juan asked whether we were citizens. I read the reviews but decided to try to open an account because this bank is close to my home. I am waiting to open am account. Have been sitting for 20 mins. Lots of employees walking around. It really is super slow here. Poorly managed. I will leave in 10 mins.
The customer service here is a joke. The employees are rude and act like helping customers is beneath them! I will be taking my business to First Citizens.
We have been with TD for over 10 years and since this location is our only option in Hendersonville now we will be closing all our accounts. The customer service at this location is DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC. 3 times in the past couple weeks when we have needed help inside everyone just stands around talking to each other ignoring customers. When they finally do acknowledge you, they make it seem like it is a burden for you to be there.
The customer service at this bank is disgusting. Several people standing around not doing anything, but making customers wait a LONG time to talk to anyone. They act like they could care less about their customers.
