As a new resident the manager at this branch gave us some invaluable information on where to get thing taken care. It's service like this that goes above and beyond just cashing a check.
Teller refused to Cash a Treasury check because I didn't have enough in account to cover it. I guess she has no faith in federal government. I have been a TD bank customer for twenty years. Very dissatisfied. May change bank because of this. Terrible bank!!! Mismanaged!
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at TD Bank. My visit to open a bank account for my younger brother left me feeling uncomfortable, singled out, and concerned about how I was treated. I read the reviews but decided to try to open an account because this bank is close to my home. I am waiting to open am account. Have been sitting for 20 mins. Lots of employees walking around. It really is super slow here. Poorly managed. I will leave in 10 mins.
