The customer service at this bank is disgusting. Several people standing around not doing anything, but making customers wait a LONG time to talk to anyone. They act like they could care less about their customers.
Place used to be good when I first got account now it takes an hour just to deposit money. Highly do not recommend!!!
I went to this bank today. Three drive-up windows were open and seven people waiting in line WITH ONLY ONE TELLER working. I needed a cashier’s check and was told I’d have to go to the other Hendersonville branch because their printer was broken. Really ??!! Only one printer in the branch? Closed my account and wrote the check to another bank.
