Went here to do a wire transfer. The young lady that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, she told me that the wire will go through the next business day but, it's 3pm on the next day and it hasn't been processed. As far as I am concerned wire transfers are supposed to be fast unlike an ACH payment. Sounds to me like someone didn't do their job at this branch but, what do I know. I should have read the reviews before coming here.
I was helped by Naveed Syed. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me and I was able to take care of everything with ease.
Very good location! I had a TD business account over 15 years . So far so good ! No issues . The people who work there are nice . Friendly! Always smiling. Many parking spaces. Bank inside is clean Bathroom is clean too . The store manager ( Naveed Syed) is very nice person . He and his staffs helped Me a lot when I had questions of my account. Plus . They open seven days !!!!!! Even much better than other banks . No questions asked !!!! Any way ! Stop by there and see manager and staffs when u are Ready to open an amount . ... read more
please do yourself a favor an avoid this location and this bank like the plague!!! Terrible customer service!! Navid refuses to answer questions or assist a customer. Do yourself a favor take your money somewhere else!!!
They don’t answer the phones at this branch. After 5 minutes of ringing, ringing, ringing your call gets dropped. Did this three times. Maybe it was too close to closing time to answer. Sure miss Commerce bank.
